Why I am a candidate:
The Cultural and Creative Industries deliver substantial economic, social, and cultural value, with wireless production equipment playing a critical enabling role. However, access to appropriate frequencies for PMSE continues to face increasing pressure from the risk or reallocation of spectrum that we, as an industry, rely on.
With over 20 years’ experience in spectrum regulation, including more than 10 years leading PMSE spectrum policy at Ofcom, I have represented the UK at the ITU, CEPT, and the European Commission, and developed deep expertise in regulatory processes for both audio and video PMSE.
As a member of the APWPT Board since 2023, I have led engagement with CEPT and the European Commission and contributed to preparations for WRC‑27.
I am keen to continue supporting the sector by advocating for spectrum access, shaping regulatory outcomes, and further strengthening APWPT’s international influence.
